Drop off very easy; pickup very easy. They checked codes to ensure I was right person at pickup- which I appreciated. My only suggestion is not to leave my luggage and valuables in front of the cashier area. I thought it’d be locked up in the back as a customer could have stolen my things. It saved me though I have a place minutes away to store my luggage.

The drop-off process went well, except that the salesperson's English was difficult to understand. Overall, I felt my luggage was well stored.

First time using a drop off luggage storage service and everything went great! It was a very convenient location close to the Central Rail Station.

It was further from the train station than expected and the drop off took awhile because the proprietor's wifi wasn't working well. However, everything was stored safely. Note, the proprietor has limited English.

Good location; I recommend taking the bus directly from the Arlanda Express terminal downtown. The prices are reasonable. The only downside, if you have heavy luggage, is carrying it down the stairs, but other than that, it worked very well. I used it once for two nights and then again for a day.

Store is just a back room in a souvenir shop but was super easy to use. Bags were placed in by us and hadn’t moved or been touched when we got them.

Fantastic pick up and drop off experience. My husband was attending a 5 day conference and before we headed off on our Scandinavian adventure we had to jettision his conference suits and materials before heading off. Wonderful experience leaving his bags at Ebony. They were very responsive and helpful with a later pick up as our bus tour came in later than expected. Would do it again if his conference ends up here again in Stockholm. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

It's very good. It's a semi-basement shop. You need to carry large luggage up and down a few steps, but storage is convenient.

Great location, easy check in and out. Five minute walk to a spot that’s easy to get picked up by an Uber, several taxis around as well.
