Perfect place to drop your bags off - very easy to find. Just head to the counter inside Direkten. They'll put tickets on your bags to identify which are yours, then they put them safely in the back. They were super friendly and took great care of my stuff! Highly recommend this location.

No complaints. Other people seemed to leave reviews about their stuff being out in the open in a convenience store or something?? That was not my experience. They immediately took the bags to the back. They were even accommodating that I had to access a bag to swap out shoes after a few hours and then re-stow the bag, which I had given them a heads up about. Whole thing just seemed straightforward.

Very good service and the store has long opening hours. Anyway, no wonder this bag drop off service is available. Allows people with a lot of luggage who don't have a place of their own to enjoy the city.
