I could simply drop off and pick up the suitcases by showing my QR code. It worked perfectly. The only thing I had to get used to was the idea that all the suitcases are in the store.

Everything was great! It was really easy to do. The drop-off station is next to the Rewe supermarket in the passageway to the parking garage. The online process is explained step-by-step when you start the process. Once you've dropped off your luggage, you receive confirmation and a collection code shortly after. So everything is relaxed; just read the instructions carefully and everything works as it should. I was slightly delayed due to a train cancellation, but despite the 18-minute delay, there were no problems with the pickup.

Location was good. At first I didn't feel safe to leave our bags there, cause some suspicious people were around lockers. In the end it was alright and lockers were worth the money.

at the beginning a bit hard to find because it’s only a container but it all worked great! This method is extremely helpful if you’re going to a concert and want to store a bigger bag that you can’t take into the venue

very good, the images of the store is different, but it’s the kiosk in that plaza. Attendants are very kind and know english so it is easier. I recommend this storage

The staff was very helpful. You just have to go there and show them your QR code. The place was easy to reach and very close to the hbf. Would definitely recommend it.

In my opinion, the price is unreasonably high for the time period. Booking, opening the locker, and collecting the luggage were simple and smooth. The address is easy to find.

Bags are just placed in the front of the store, would of felt more secure with them behind a door - but fine - easy to get to

Everything went great, but the luggage was a bit dirty after pickup, as it's stored in a narrow, rear room that also serves as the warehouse.

Quick process, I just had to confirm the pickup myself online because I hadn't been checked out.
