  • My experience with the City Kiosk Mini Market was great! There was a slight issue with the system which identified my bag as having been checked out without myself having picked it up, but I was easily able to contact the owner of the store. He and Bara were very helpful in setting things right, and even gave me a free drink for the confusion.

  • Location was well marked as it’s a hotel, The front desk is right at the entrance and the woman behind the counter knew exactly what we needed to do and where very helpful, the room was secure and I felt safe leaving my bags at this location. Retrieving them was a breeze as well. Over all great location, super helpful people, secure place.

  • The location was fine, a little hard to find since Westkreuz is a maze 😅 I couldn't open my locker for pickup but your live-chat colleagues helped me and since in hindsight I think I was the one who made a mistake this was a good experience.
