Too many steps, Germans know how to use the DHL locker. Just give them the code(open+pick up) and notice the locker could be open/pick up ONCE. That should speed up the process.

Unfortunately, I couldn't open the code for either drop-off or pickup. The support chat was a great help. So my tip: Try it in time.
