Very friendly staff!

Conveniently close to Berlin HBF, your bags are photographed when you leave them - you put them in the secure room yourself and all access to that room is supervised by staff. Booking online means you don't have to find change like in the station lockers. The only downside is the hotel lobby isn't air-conditioned if you have to wait!

You need to take it upstairs

Everything was fine, it went quickly. They were very nice. It's an expensive option, but it's in a great location. I recommend it.

The staff put the luggage in a secure location upstairs, were super friendly and efficient, and had a matching numbering system for the luggage.

The luggage storage is ideally located: right in the center of Berlin. The staff are very friendly. I recommend it.

Great communication and excellent service. We forgot our power bank in our backpack and they kindly let us pick it up a few hours after we left it there, but before the scheduled pick-up time.

It was convenient, which was great. The station was large, so it took a while to find the shops.

Easy delivery and good customer service. Depending on which station you arrive at, you may have to walk a little further inside the station, however the store is located at street level next to the Dunkin’ Donuts store. Using those landmarks, it's easy to find.

Very simple process. I was even able to drop off shopping items in between.

The Internet connection was very unstable. Despite this, both parts of the business process were completed successfully.

Drop of and collection of the bags went smoothly. Only thing I would mention is the instructions I received stated the lockers were to the left of Rewe, beside the escalatos. I would have taken that as if I was facing Rewe, the lockers are to the left. However, the lockers were on the right if you are facing Rewe. Would not have mattered that much, apart from there are also a different set of lockers to the left of Rewe, beside the escalator

Everything was great! It was really easy to do. The drop-off station is next to the Rewe supermarket in the passageway to the parking garage. The online process is explained step-by-step when you start the process. Once you've dropped off your luggage, you receive confirmation and a collection code shortly after. So everything is relaxed; just read the instructions carefully and everything works as it should. I was slightly delayed due to a train cancellation, but despite the 18-minute delay, there were no problems with the pickup.

Safe and secure. Would have been 5 stars but lockers situated in her you can’t get a phone signal making using the lockers more difficult to use than it needs be.

The location is not easy to find.

Easy to find and really handy looking location. It’s to the left as you come through the main entrance
