Discover Reichstag Berlin luggage storage

Super easy to store my suitcase and return. Very close to the main train station, would gladly use again.

Quick process. Friendly staff

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent service. Luggage was safe. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very organized!

A few points. Friendly, spontaneous, great guys

Both depositing and picking up my luggage went smoothly! Thank you for your kind assistance!

Super easy and highly recommended

Fantastic location and service!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Ideal experience.

All the staff members were very kind and treated me with great courtesy. It was a heartwarming experience, and I had a wonderful shopping trip.

Friendly staff. Easy to use.

Easy and quick. Also you can go whenever you need to take anything from your luggage. Very friendly people.

No problem. A photo when dropping off my things, and another photo when leaving. Coming from Gesundbrunnen station in the north and a short subway ride later, knowing I wouldn't be checking into my room until the evening, it made my day much easier.

Everything was uncomplicated and very nice.

Staff was lovely and very helpful, there was plenty of space for luggage and we had piece of mind knowing our luggage was safe and secure!

Everything OK

It was a bit expensive, but otherwise they were helpful at the checkout.

Friendly staff. Uncomplicated. Central location at the train station. Good connection to the main train station.

Everything went perfectly. My bag was received, photographed, and then stored. I would gladly use them again.

Friendly contact and reliable!

It was convenient, which was great. The station was large, so it took a while to find the shops.

Easy delivery and good customer service. Depending on which station you arrive at, you may have to walk a little further inside the station, however the store is located at street level next to the Dunkin’ Donuts store. Using those landmarks, it's easy to find.

Easy delivery and good customer service.

I didn't install the app, but I was able to use it without any problems using only the instructions in the email. The web page clearly displayed instructions on how to open and close the lockers, so I was able to use it smoothly even without knowing the local language. The email also included detailed information on where the lockers were located within the station, so I was able to find them without getting lost. I didn't experience the poor signal strength that was mentioned in some other reviews. The 120-second time limit for retrieving items from the lockers is quite rushed, so it would be great if the time limit could be extended a little more.

Really easy to use!

The phone reception makes is difficult to get the bar code and need to walk out for reception and head back

It was good that they explained the step-by-step procedure in detail when dropping off and picking up items. However, the problem is that the internet connection is poor inside the storage facility.

The location couldn't have been better. Drop-off and pick-up were without any problems.

The Internet connection was very unstable. Despite this, both parts of the business process were completed successfully.
