The luggage storage is ideally located: right in the center of Berlin. The staff are very friendly. I recommend it.

Great communication and excellent service. We forgot our power bank in our backpack and they kindly let us pick it up a few hours after we left it there, but before the scheduled pick-up time.

After a bad experience at the previous establishment, arriving here was wonderful. We were treated very politely; they carried our luggage up and showed us where to leave it. Attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. They even gave us a phone number to call in case we were delayed. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

It was convenient, which was great. The station was large, so it took a while to find the shops.

Easy delivery and good customer service. Depending on which station you arrive at, you may have to walk a little further inside the station, however the store is located at street level next to the Dunkin’ Donuts store. Using those landmarks, it's easy to find.

Hostel where you can also leave your luggage. We left ours for the day and our suitcases were stored at reception, so they were kept safe the whole time. Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff, very flexible regarding times – early pick-up/late drop-off is no problem. There are also extra lockers for small bags, which you can lock with your own padlock.

The guys are very kind. They stored our suitcases in the back (as if it were their storage room), but we got them back intact and clean. It's just steps from the metro station, on the main road. I highly recommend it!
