I participated in the Berlin Marathon and decided to forego the bag drop option so I can avail of the poncho. The staff were very helpful in explaining how to go about with the booking process. When I came back after the race to pick up my things, I asked if I can also change in the shop. They were so gracious and allowed me to change/ freshen up. Thank you so much for being so kind to me! The shop has a lot of interesting souvenir items so while waiting for things to get processed, one can go and look around for souvenir finds.

100% recommended. Highlight the kindness of the store clerks. They couldn't be nicer and nicer. It is also great located since it is in the center next to the Brandenburg Gate, where the freetours usually are. They let me go back to the store to put things away and take out things, and charge my phone for a long time. I wasn't going to buy anything, but because of the good treatment I gladly bought magnets from them!

The young male clerk was very kind. A Japanese female staff member helped me with various things in Japanese, and I was able to buy souvenirs (food) smoothly at a nearby supermarket. Very kind. Also, many of the souvenirs on display were antiques, which set it apart from other cheap shops.
