  • After a bad experience at the previous establishment, arriving here was wonderful. We were treated very politely; they carried our luggage up and showed us where to leave it. Attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. They even gave us a phone number to call in case we were delayed. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

  • We received a very friendly welcome. We had booked from 10 am, but were allowed to leave our bags 10 minutes earlier as they opened early for us. The bags were stored on the upper floor where no one can access them alone. Highly recommended as the location is perfect.

  • I participated in the Berlin Marathon and decided to forego the bag drop option so I can avail of the poncho. The staff were very helpful in explaining how to go about with the booking process. When I came back after the race to pick up my things, I asked if I can also change in the shop. They were so gracious and allowed me to change/ freshen up. Thank you so much for being so kind to me! The shop has a lot of interesting souvenir items so while waiting for things to get processed, one can go and look around for souvenir finds.

  • 100% recommended. The staff at the shop were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, right in the city center next to the Brandenburg Gate, where most free walking tours depart. They even let me go back inside to put things away and charge my phone for a while. I wasn't planning on buying anything, but because of their excellent service, I happily bought some magnets!
