  • Drop off shop easy to find, great location in railway station. When we went back earlier than advised there was no problem getting our bags. Would definitely recommend - so much better sightseeing without dragging your case behind you!

  • Very friendly guy took and returned our case, which was securely kept out of sight in his shop. Gave us a paper tag of his own as an additional layer of security. The small shop is easy to find, by searching for its location on Google maps and following the directions from that. Confirmation of drop-off and uplift were immediately confirmed on the app, along with photos of the case - clearly taken by the guy in the shop. All felt secure and professional. First time using Bounce and would be happy to use the service again.
