The store is quite central in the mitte area, and conveniently open 24 hours, however there was some delays in the storage process since it's a hostel so groups of people are checkin in at all times so it could take some time to drop the bags

The check out code was not working for the locker machines. It requires assistance from the staff that’s not ideal. Would set better expectation if we need to store the luggage in the basement, and need to carry it upstairs / downstairs when elevator was out of service. Other than that, the store is easy to find and convenient for 24/7

I booked lockers for luggage storage nearly 2 months ago but were told on arrival that there were none available! Thankfully the very helpful staff member Tristan managed to rectify this and was otherwise happy with the experience

The attention was very friendly and the service was fast and reliable. Everything is electronic so you can access your suitcase as many times as you want and personally since they have lockers with codes. I used the service for a couple of hours and everything was excellent.

Very easy check-in, was able to store our bags in one locker (large) for the day, and picked them up later, no problem . Would definitely use this location again to store bags!
