Everything went very smoothly online. There wasn't a long queue either, and it's also a late-night convenience store. You can even pick up your items until midnight if you ask, since they're open until 1:00 AM anyway. It's nice that you can add the QR code to your digital wallet. There's nowhere to put your luggage to repack or put on a heavy backpack, which is fine, but the dirty floor makes it awkward in winter.

It took us a little while to find it, but it's a great way to be able to spend the day without luggage while waiting for check-in or after check-out. Very useful.

Since it was my first time, I felt a bit apprehensive about the delivery; the guy wasn't very attentive. However, on the plus side, the place looked better than the Google photos. When I went to pick it up, another guy helped me and gave me excellent service. He made me feel very comfortable, and it was great.

Everything was perfect. The backpacks were numbered with tags and were picked up/delivered by the owner. Very safe.

Friendly staff. Since we were only leaving our luggage for a few hours, they stored it for us at reception. They gave us a ticket with the reference numbers. Highly recommended.
