"I used Bounce to store my bags after checkout before my flight, and the experience was seamless. Finding a partner shop was super easy through the app, and the drop-off and pick-up process took less than two minutes. Most importantly, I felt completely safe and confident leaving my luggage behind. It freed up my entire day so I could explore the city without dragging bags everywhere. Highly recommend!"

Easy and hassle-free online booking, fantastic location just minutes from Alexanderplatz. The staff are friendly and approachable. Even though we arrived later than the scheduled pick-up time, they didn't make a fuss and we were able to collect our luggage without any damage or missing items. 11/10
