The boy who served us was super friendly.

It's inside a store, and it was a bit difficult to find at first, but just ask for the locker. I made the purchase online quickly and easily, the price was standard, the attendant was a sweetheart, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

After walking around Hauptbahnhof Berlin for 15 minutes and asking 2 or 3 employees about where the lockers were located, we found all of the lockers taken and none vacant. Determined not to waste any time we went online and went to Bounce. 4 minutes from the station and the staff there are amazing.
