The staff and access were great, the only downside is that they show you the price for the whole day and then after you pay they tell you that you have to pick it up before 5 pm

When I was in Berlin looking for a place to leave my luggage, this storage helped massively. The staff were extremely kind and supportive, showing me step by step on what to do. When I came back, my luggage was in the same condition I left it. I highly recommend it!

very good, the images of the store is different, but it’s the kiosk in that plaza. Attendants are very kind and know english so it is easier. I recommend this storage
