Used for luggage storage whilst walking round Berlin. Very slick and easy to use Bounce, but they don't give exact address until you book so the actual location can come as a surprise

We received a very friendly welcome. We had booked from 10 am, but were allowed to leave our bags 10 minutes earlier as they opened early for us. The bags were stored on the upper floor where no one can access them alone. Highly recommended as the location is perfect.

Everything very simple and effective

I booked online in advance, though I don't think it would matter regardless as it was such a quick and easy process to make the booking on the website, and also easy to change the drop-off time as I was going to be earlier than planned. The man in the shop was friendly and spoke good English so it took about 30s to drop my bag off, just make sure to have your QR code ready through the link on the email or the Bounce App to keep it quick. You will need data or wifi if you haven't done this in advance. Took about the same time to collect the bag as well, so a very good experience all round. Thanks!
