I participated in the Berlin Marathon and decided to forego the bag drop option so I can avail of the poncho. The staff were very helpful in explaining how to go about with the booking process. When I came back after the race to pick up my things, I asked if I can also change in the shop. They were so gracious and allowed me to change/ freshen up. Thank you so much for being so kind to me! The shop has a lot of interesting souvenir items so while waiting for things to get processed, one can go and look around for souvenir finds.

Seamless experience! Helpful staff and convenient location to store bags. We doubted the Bounce storage exists due to past google reviews but it does! It’s inside the convenient store NieZuSpati which is next to ICBC Bank. The online customer support is amazing! My issue got handled promptly without any hassles. Would definitely use Bounce again in the future!
