My experience with the City Kiosk Mini Market was great! There was a slight issue with the system which identified my bag as having been checked out without myself having picked it up, but I was easily able to contact the owner of the store. He and Bara were very helpful in setting things right, and even gave me a free drink for the confusion.

You need to take it upstairs

Everything was fine, it went quickly. They were very nice. It's an expensive option, but it's in a great location. I recommend it.

The staff put the luggage in a secure location upstairs, were super friendly and efficient, and had a matching numbering system for the luggage.

Safe and easy to find

The shop is at the side of the building. Very convenient location beside u-bahn Pottersdam Platz. Shop open till 9pm every day. Very helpful staff.

Excellent location, right next to the metro exit.

I could simply drop off and pick up the suitcases by showing my QR code. It worked perfectly. The only thing I had to get used to was the idea that all the suitcases are in the store.
