Used for luggage storage whilst walking round Berlin. Very slick and easy to use Bounce, but they don't give exact address until you book so the actual location can come as a surprise

The luggage storage is ideally located: right in the center of Berlin. The staff are very friendly. I recommend it.

Great communication and excellent service. We forgot our power bank in our backpack and they kindly let us pick it up a few hours after we left it there, but before the scheduled pick-up time.

Friendly, quick and uncomplicated

After a bad experience at the previous establishment, arriving here was wonderful. We were treated very politely; they carried our luggage up and showed us where to leave it. Attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. They even gave us a phone number to call in case we were delayed. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Kiosk was great. Had problems booking, because the confirmation was automatically sent to my PayPal address (which I normally ONLY use for PayPal, not email correspondence). When I was asked to register to create an account with bounce, I used a different email address. My booking was then not in the account. This should be handled differently
