I had a great experience with the bag storage service. I just have one thing to point out: - I have used other Bounce points in Berlin and they usually take a photo of the bags, they tag the bags and give you a ticket with a code that you have to show when you pick them up, and then they place them on a different room away from clients. In this case they did not do any of this things. When I came back to pick up my bag, I just pointed at it and they gave it to me. It was a different person and they didn't ask me to show anything, not even the email with the receipt. So I guess you just have to trust other clients XD. Other than that the location is perfect, just 5 mins away from the bus station. You can leave your bags there, take the metro and explore the city. The place is a convenience store so you can buy drinks and snacks for your trip when you pick up your bags.

A sign might be helpful so that customers know it is in the store.

Very friendly staff, very close to the bus terminal. They store luggage inside the store, behind the counter, so it's quite secure. We had a bad experience at another location, and this one was much better!

Easy to find and schedule was correct. No Problems and made my life easier.

The staff were great. They let me sit and charge my phone, and they were very friendly! I was a little scared, though. The storage area wasn't locked and was open.

The location was fine, a little hard to find since Westkreuz is a maze 😅 I couldn't open my locker for pickup but your live-chat colleagues helped me and since in hindsight I think I was the one who made a mistake this was a good experience.
