Easy dropoff and pickup. Very convenient location right next to the station.

Easy to use, no problem at all. Reserve a spot to store the bag in the app (or online) and bring them. Pick them up when ready. A bonus is that the place is a bakery, so you can also have a treat or a coffee.

It was ok during the check in but when we wanted to check out, they couldn't find our reservation via qr code and serial number... The girl working there was polite and trusted us with us describing her our luggages...

Thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to leave my luggage and visit the Eastside Gallery with ease.

Very helpful on the first day, good price and a decent location, but we tried booking again for the following day and they were supposed to open at 10:30am, but no-one showed up. We messaged them, but didn't hear back until 11:20am, and by that time we had to find another option.

The only thing I minded was the precision of depiction of the drop-off location, it is in the store "Bloopp Night Shop". Everything else was perfect

Some reviews say there is no luggage service available here but this isn’t true. For those who aren’t familiar, they are often located inside convenience stores. Just to the left of the door that is pictured on Google maps is the convenience store!

Bounce was so convenient to use generous, and this drop point was perfect for Warschauer Straße station - less than a 5 min walk. Also very close to RAW.
