  • Extremely friendly staff. Absolutely fantastic. We had a hard time finding it, though. The signage needs to be much better. The app says it's near Hackescher Markt, which is totally misleading. It's actually near Alexanderplatz. And it's inside the Titus store. We were expecting a separate shop.

  • I used Longshop to store my bags before my flight, and the experience was seamless. Finding a partner shop was super easy through the app, and the drop-off and pick-up process took less than two minutes. Most importantly, I felt completely safe and confident leaving my luggage behind. It freed up my entire day so I could explore the city without dragging bags everywhere. Highly recommend!
