  • I had never used Bounce before and was a bit apprehensive at first. The staff at the store were extremely helpful and made everything easy. The important thing that I learned is that it is necessary to have the Bounce App downloaded so that the opening hours of the desired store are known. This is crucial. I would certainly use Bounce again following my first experience.

  • Great experience when I found the store. At first I didn’t find it. It’s was my first time using Bounce, and I didn’t know about the concept of using other stores as storage providers. Hence, was looking for a Bounce store. The location description in the Bounce app was not clear on this. Similar confusion can be avoided if you are clear on which store you are using. The staff at Titus were great 😊
