Very easy to store our bags here with Bounce, and felt very secure!

The process was quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly. I was even able to use the hotel's restroom.

Close to the train station

This location is super convenient to Berlin Hauptbahnhof; exit Washington Platz, turn left and you see it straight on. Their staff was courteous and responsive. Their staff takes a pic of your bag(s) when you put them in their storage room. This is less expensive than lockers and likely easier to find. TIP: You’re sharing this storage space with others so consider closing your bags (an open tote bag for example) and to guard against anyone easily grabbing from them.

Its Co-working space next less than 5min from central station. Cameras and security looked good. Only staff handles luggages from the storing space so it felt safe. Staff superfriendly and hassel-free drop-off/pick-up. Happy with my choice!

Very convenient location a few hundred metres from the station. The reception staff were super helpful and had no wait time.

Great place, easy to drop off and pick up. Near the central station. A nice bonus is a cafe where you can have a coffee and spend your waiting time if necessary.

Great service. Easy to use. We were trying to scan our code at the wrong locker to begin with as multiple DHL lockers in Berlin hbf but that was our mistake. Would definitely use again.

Great spot and space to store luggage just be careful as there's two DHL pack stations that look almost identical. One closer to the parking garage to the right of rewe and one to the left. This one's on the left closer to the further platforms. Was hard for us to find at first.

The location is convenient, but I couldn't open the locker right away - the support team cancelled the booking with a refund, after which I immediately booked the same locker again, and it opened the second time. The reason remains unclear, perhaps because I missed the baggage drop-off window that I indicated during the initial booking (my flight was delayed), if so, then this is a minus of the service, since flight delays do not depend on users. There was also a strong smell of urine near the lockers, but this is already a problem of the station, where all the toilets for some reason are paid

When facing the Rewe it's on your left ,it's not at the lift area.Lockers are small so be careful with ur measurements, otherwise it's all very well set up.

Good service, but it would be much nicer if there were large compartments on floor level without having to lift heavy luggage so high
