  • Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside the Hauptbahnhof which is super convenient. You book online and your bags are stored in a room that only employees have access to and they stay with you while you drop off and pick up your bags (they also take a photo of your bags when you drop them off). A lot of the storage places I looked at online looked really sketchy (in random stores or an apartment building). This place feels safe and I would recommend them and will use them again if I am in Berlin again!

  • Absolutely brilliant idea and very well executed. The hotel was just outside of the main train station and was super easy to find. The staff were really helpful and our bags were locked in a secure room so all felt really safe. Would definitely recommend and use this type of service again.
