Conveniently close to Berlin HBF, your bags are photographed when you leave them - you put them in the secure room yourself and all access to that room is supervised by staff. Booking online means you don't have to find change like in the station lockers. The only downside is the hotel lobby isn't air-conditioned if you have to wait!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside the Hauptbahnhof which is super convenient. You book online and your bags are stored in a room that only employees have access to and they stay with you while you drop off and pick up your bags (they also take a photo of your bags when you drop them off). A lot of the storage places I looked at online looked really sketchy (in random stores or an apartment building). This place feels safe and I would recommend them and will use them again if I am in Berlin again!

Hassle free drop off at hotel right beside Berlin Central Station. Once I paid via Bounce website and received my email with QR code, the hotel took a photo of my bag and scanned my QR code. Bag was securely stored and I collected my bag a few hours later.
