Very easy booking, even easier drop off and pickup of luggage. Will absolutely use this service again.

Seamless experience! Helpful staff and convenient location to store bags. We doubted the Bounce storage exists due to past google reviews but it does! It’s inside the convenient store NieZuSpati which is next to ICBC Bank. The online customer support is amazing! My issue got handled promptly without any hassles. Would definitely use Bounce again in the future!

Very well located near the Tiergarten and a good place to catch the metro to get to the airport. The staff was very friendly.
