The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the experience was very smooth.

We had to fill in a time slot and pay online. Afterwards we had to show it to the receptionist and they gave us a small paper we had to show when picking our baggage up. It all went fast and easy and I felt my baggage was safe the entire day we were out to explore the city.

Had a bit of trouble finding it. It's located to the right of the restaurant past the two wooden doors. The staff was quick and pickup/dropoff was very easy. Really nice that the place is open 24 hours and located very close to the U train

They were a bit surprised when we arrived with our suitcases. Was like it was the first for them to provide this service and it was obvious that they did not have allocated any special storage space for this which made us a bit uneasy how secure this service was.
