Very nice facility, easy to find and friendly staff. No signs whatsoever for Bounce - signs would be useful! Also they couldn't help with refund. I booked for 7 bags but we combined stuff and only checked 6, so I would like a refund for 1 of them.

Really friendly staff at both drop off and pick up. The lady at drop off gave us some recommendations for our day which was very kind. There is a toilet too so very convenient.

This is a very convenient location to park your luggage for a few hours, right outside the Perrache metro station & bus stand. Also the staff at the reception were very polite and we could use the toilets in the hotel before setting out to explore the city. Thanks a lot!
