We stored our luggage at the hotel. Everything worked perfectly and at a fair price.

used it 2 times to store some bags during the fetes des lumieres in lyon at normandie hotel near perrache - excellent service - fast and quick.

Luggage drop was smooth. the staf was helpfull enough to let me use their wc. The location is good if you are travelling. ıt is close to train and bus stations but beware of the envoirement, it felt like not quite safe for a lone traveller. there was homeless people all around the walking paths to the center.

Personally, the location was incredibly helpful, right outside the train station. The service was excellent. The guy who helped us was very friendly and even guided me through the process because I had made a mistake with the reservation and helped me modify it in the app. It was super convenient for us because we only had a few hours, and this made it easier to get to know the city. I highly recommend it.
