Luggage storage Lyon Gare Part Dieu

Super easy and very friendly staff. It was my first time using it as I was with my parents who are a bit older but I will absolutely do it for myself from now on instead of caring big bag packs around cities.

Next to the train station, easy to find. You can buy the service in the hotel for just 5€，or book online with the insurance.

The drop-off and pick-up process is very simple and located right next to the station. No complaints.

It is impeccably neat, easy to drop off and pick up. Don't waste time at the manned locker at Lyon Station.

It's in the Campanile hotel, the welcome is the same, 5 euros for the day until 11pm. It's right opposite the Villette exit of the Lyon Part Dieu SNCF train station.

We received a warm welcome, we had to take a photo of our luggage before helping someone to store it, and then we collected it at the desired time with someone else. Plus, the setting is really nice.

Once you find it (as I didn’t see a sign- just followed Google Maps)) it was very very easy and they could not have been nicer. Makes walking around Lyon so much easier and for leaving bags there that you don’t need for an overnight stay.

Bounce is a great business idea. My hotel was about half an hour from the train station, and Bounce made it easy, convenient, and affordable to store my ski bag just across the street from the station. Since I was returning a couple of days later to catch the train again, it worked out perfectly.

I left a backpack for two weeks, without any problems, and both times I was attended to quickly.

Excellent welcome, excellent service, pleasant both when dropping off and picking up luggage. Very clean premises. I will return, highly recommended.

This a Great App!! Bounce has saved us from carrying our luggage, and it's allowed us to enjoy a day trip before taking the place!! You get an email with the details of the place where they'll keep your luggage: Google Maps also helps you find it easily! Really convenient! The hotel's recepcionist very helpful. The location of Campanile Hotel- collaborator of Bounce- just behind the train station is perfect.
