Friendly and helpful staff in good location. Allowed us to explore Ft Lauderdale without carting luggage around while waiting to check in to Airbnb. Felt safe storing our things there.

Everything worked well, staff was friendly, location was convenient. I just didn’t expect the $11.24 added fee.

I would 100% recommend this app and location. We got back into Fort Lauderdale from a cruise and needed a place to keep our luggage before our afternoon flight. Yes, you can trust you bags while you’re away. The employee was quite nice and helpful. Will absolutely be doing this again. I wanted to leave this review as I was skeptical at first but glad I did it!

We had 5 hours to spare, so dropped our bags off out Central Beach. It was perfect.

This wasn’t the most secure, but it did the job and was in a convenient location. They could improve security by putting the luggage out of sight in a safer spot and by checking the reservation upon pickup.

The staff at this location were super nice and the location is right by restaurants, shopping, and major FTL attractions. The drop off wasn’t very secure. They didn’t check our reservation (or even our name) for pickup. They had us put our ow bags in the back room but they were fully visible to all customers coming and going. However, it’s a small location and the staff seemed kind and reliable, so I wasn’t too worried. They made drop off and pick up easy.

Attentive staff, quick service on arrival and departure.

Great service. Willing to let me use their wifi and their phone to call a taxi when picking up the luggage. The guy at the counter even ended up just ordering an Uber for us on his device that could accompany our large party and then he wouldnt accept a tip. Great experiance.

The drop off was smooth and we hanged out before heading to the airport. The place is really nice and has several options of drinks and food. But most importantly, the staff waited for me basically till last minute of closing so I can pick me bags upon the return. Our plane was late several hours and if they would not wait, we would end up without bags. So overall, really great service. Thank you!
