The drop off was smooth and we hanged out before heading to the airport. The place is really nice and has several options of drinks and food. But most importantly, the staff waited for me basically till last minute of closing so I can pick me bags upon the return. Our plane was late several hours and if they would not wait, we would end up without bags. So overall, really great service. Thank you!

Very easy to book online and no problem checking in with the bags and collecting them later in the day. Reasonably priced too! Left us free to go to Sawgrass Mills for the day after disembarking from the cruise early in the morning.

Easy process. Close to where we wanted to be. Quick to pick up. Had some drinks there before heading out. I suggest confirming hours of operation for any bounce location and your plans to make sure they are open when you need them to be. We had no issues but did check closely beforehand.

Easy experience, good location. After checking in the luggage we walked to the water taxi office just a few minutes away.

Fab, efficient service, no issues whatsoever! Coffee wasn’t the best, but the sandwiches and cakes were amazing! (Loved that there were GF and vegan options) Would recommend grabbing a bite after/before dropping off/collecting your bags.

Stored securely and has a private restroom where you can change/freshen up before heading to the airport. Plus, it's in a mini Mart so you can grab snacks for the flight w/o paying airport prices :)

Trustworthy and great place to store luggage

Needed to store luggage for eight hours between getting off of a Disney Cruise and going to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. These folks were fast, well organized, friendly, and super convenient. It cost less than $36 to store two large suitcases and three large bags. Plus, there are several playgrounds in walking distance as well as an indoor play gym and restaurants and stores right across the street. We were able to entertain two children, eat lunch and dinner, and take an Uber to the airport - painlessly and inexpensively. I never knew about Bounce before but I'm sure I'll use it again! (I learned about it through a recommendation from chatgpt.)
