Communication with the staff was amazing. They knew exactly what I was talking about. Whenever I walked in to get my bags dropped off for a week and the check-in checkout process was extremely easy. I would highly recommend and I will be using it again.

Good but they take a long time getting your bags checked in and out. Especially when you have an uber driver waiting outside.

The friendly staff was knowledgeable about Bounce confirmation. I received a receipt for 6 pieces of luggage. The check-in/checkout of our luggage was fast and easy. No issues and our luggage was in plain sight of the staff all day. We were able to stop twice for two checkouts of our luggage. The Bounce at the UPS Store location at the Winn-Dixie Plaza (Southland Shopping Center) is a very convenient location to store luggage instead of inside your rental car if you take a day trip or go shopping at Sawgrass Mill Mall before taking a flight from Lauderdale Airport or after disembarking from a cruise at the Ft. Lauderdale Everglades Cruise Port.

Everything was really easy. We came from a cruise ship but are flight wasn’t until evening and we didn’t want to hang out in the airport for 10 hours. We decided to do an airboat thru the Everglades. I found you online and it was so easy and affordable. I’m giving 4 stars only because the young lady that was there when we picked up our luggage was not very friendly. There is no reason to be ignorant. Just do your job!

Seemed like they're still new to Bounce so took a bit but they were nice and we had no problems.

Had no idea this service was available but so glad we found it. Stuck in a city for 10 hours with all of your luggage and no idea what to do with it was a little scary. This is a great idea and we loved it!
