There are two different rates depending on the size of your luggage. You select the number and size of your luggage in the app. The reception staff at the ibis hotel are very friendly and helpful. For me, it was the only option for storing packages.

It was a little store of souvenirs and it took us a minute to find it but when we did the shop owner was super nice and helped us store our luggage. It seems a little sketchy but we stored our luggage there all day and came back and it was perfectly fine. The lady and her son were super nice has well. If I’m in Cancun again I will definitely reuse them.

Very convenient to use. I was looking for a place to leave my bags because I wanted to go to the beach before catching a flight, and it came up on Maps. It asks you to register with some information and then you can use the service. It's very quick and convenient. The location I chose is right next to the bus terminal. I use it every time I go to Cancun, and nothing has ever happened to my belongings.

So it’s slightly unsettling dropping your case off at a juice shop but it’s right next to the station & my case was kept safe & sound for a week

Everything was excellent, the guys were very efficient and cool.

It was super easy to leave my suitcase and I picked it up the next day. It was super practical because it's right in front of the Cancun ADO terminal and I also had a cold green tea, it's in a bubble tea shop.

Top. Nice hostel close to the ADO Terminal Centro. Storing and picking up was quick and easy. The luggage is locked in a separate room and guarded by a security guide. I would prefer Bounce Luggage Store again next time.
