Easy to use service. However, 1 star off because extending from, say, 30 hours to 40 hours, would require additional payment even if I had already paid for 2 days. I would suggest booking always for multiplies of 24 hours evenif you intend to collect your luggage sooner than that.

Stored bike box for a week during Christmas while touring Yucatan. No issues at all. Staff knowledable of Bounce and helpful at drop off and pickup. A total breeze.

Very convenient to use. I was looking for a place to leave my bags because I wanted to go to the beach before catching a flight, and it came up on Maps. It asks you to register with some information and then you can use the service. It's very quick and convenient. The location I chose is right next to the bus terminal. I use it every time I go to Cancun, and nothing has ever happened to my belongings.

Excellent service, easy and fast

It's a great option for storing luggage for as long as you need. They charge per day. This means if you leave it for one hour, three hours, or five hours, you pay for the full day. There are two different rates depending on the size of your luggage. You select the number and size of your luggage in the app. The reception staff at the ibis hotel are very friendly and helpful. For me, it was the only option for storing packages.
