This location was a 12 min walk from where we were staying. The staff was friendly and allowed us to get some things out of our bags in the middle of our reservation time. There are no private lockers so maybe don’t leave anything that is very valuable. The bags are stored in the back of the boba tea bar. I have no complaints. This location is half a block away from ADO bus terminal which is very convenient if you are using ADO to travel to the airport or other routes in Mexico

Great find. Paid 120mex (£4.60 ISH) with a promo code found online. Arrived at 7:49am and they were open. It's right next to ADO station. Left bag as I had a flight later in evening so only left the bag from 7:49am to around 3pm.so didn't use the full 24 hours. Just wanted to get rid of a bothersome broken bag for a few hours. No problem whatsoever and wouldn't hesitate to leave it there again. Great stuff.

I looked for the place prior to my drop off day as I wanted to make sure I knew where it was. If your take the ADO bus somewhere it's perfect location. My husband has Bounce in Bali and to be honest he really has better customer service, although they don't speak English and I too do not speak Spanish as smile says a 1000 words.....I kind of felt like it was so hard work to acknowledge I was dropping off my bag....but at the end of the day I picked it up and all ok

It was safe and easily accessible from the bus station, however, they should put a bigger sign of Bounce as it is within the juice centre, we got lost and had to ask around.

The address is not clear on Google maps. The point comes out inside a hotel. It would be good if they had a presentation photo to easily identify where they are and what the location is.

Suitcases should be stored somewhere not visible to the public, as it becomes attractive to assailants.

the place wasn't open when i had booked to drop my bags, so i had to wait for an hour. apart from that there were no issues
