Easy delivery and fairly clear information. I wanted to retrieve something from my luggage but they wouldn't let me to avoid any misunderstandings or anything like that, which I understand.

Excellent place to leave your luggage if you're arriving at the beach and want to rush straight there without having to carry it. Highly recommended.

Ideal location close to bus terminal. Friendly and easy process

Very practical to use. I was looking for a place to leave my luggage because I wanted to go to the beach before catching a flight, and it came up on Maps. It asks you to register with some information, and then you can use the service. It's very quick and convenient. The location I chose is right next to the bus terminal. I use it every time I go to Cancun, and nothing has ever happened to my belongings.

Dropping off my suitcase was super easy and I picked it up the next day, super convenient because it's right in front of the ADO bus terminal in Cancun, and I even had an iced green tea; it's in a bubble tea shop.
