Never used this type of facility before so was nervous leaving two suitcases for two weeks whilst me and the wife went to Costa Rica. I have to say it was such a simple process, the people at the IBIS were so helpful and two weeks later it took 5 minutes to collect the bags. Really pleased with how it all went.

It's a great option for storing luggage for as long as you need. They charge per day. This means that whether you leave it for one hour, three hours, or five hours, you pay for the entire day. There are two different rates depending on the size of the luggage. You select the number of bags and their size in the app. The Ibis hotel reception staff are very friendly and helpful. For me, it was the only option for storing packages.

Perfect! Highly recommended for saving a day in Cancun when your flight is late at night. The online order gives you access to a QR code to present at the ibis centro hotel reception. They'll tag your luggage and give you a small receipt to hand in when you collect it. Quick, secure, perfect!

The service is super fast. I was able to drop off my suitcase just 5 minutes after booking 🧳 The staff was very friendly and attached an identification tag to my suitcase right in front of me and secured it. They only asked for the QR code to receive my luggage and to return it to me. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will definitely use it again (especially since there's no luggage storage at the Cancun airport and this was the closest option).

If I needed luggage storage in Cancun again, I would use this location every time. Most of the other storage options are via hostels. I get somewhat nervous about leaving my stuff around, and I don't know if I would've felt as comfortable storing things at some of the other places. Ibis's process was streamlined, efficient & secure. They handle everything. They tagged my bag by ID, stored it securely in front of me, and then retrieved it themselves on the way out. I dropped off around 10 PM and picked up around 2 AM (so you know they have 24 / 7 service). And it's right next to shops if you need something afterwards. Really trusted them and would definitely store again.

Just dropped off my luggage and I'm already pleased. The front desk immediately took care of everything. They tag and secure your bags in front of you, and then give you a ticket unique to you. The process was very efficient and affordable. We used bounce to store our bags for 10days and it was way cheaper than paying for luggages at each airport. We would definitelyuse them again.
