It's a great option for storing luggage for as long as you need. They charge per day. This means if you leave it for one hour, three hours, or five hours, you pay for the full day. There are two different rates depending on the size of your luggage. You select the number and size of your luggage in the app. The reception staff at the ibis hotel are very friendly and helpful. For me, it was the only option for storing packages.

Perfect ! Recommended to save a day in Cancun when your plane is late in the evening. Online order which gives access to a qRcode to be presented at the counter of the ibis centro hotel. They label it and give you a small receipt to give at baggage claim. Fast, secure, perfect!

The service is super fast. Just as I booked after 5 minutes I could drop off my suitcase 🧳 The staff was very friendly and placed an identification tag on my suitcase in front of me and kept it safe. They only asked me for the QR code to receive my luggage, as well as to deliver it to me. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will use it again (especially because there is no luggage storage at the Cancun airport and this was the closest)

If I needed luggage storage in Cancun again, I would use this location every time. Most of the other storage options are via hostels. I get somewhat nervous about leaving my stuff around, and I don't know if I would've felt as comfortable storing things at some of the other places. Ibis's process was streamlined, efficient & secure. They handle everything. They tagged my bag by ID, stored it securely in front of me, and then retrieved it themselves on the way out. I dropped off around 10 PM and picked up around 2 AM (so you know they have 24 / 7 service). And it's right next to shops if you need something afterwards. Really trusted them and would definitely store again.

Just dropped off my luggage and I'm already pleased. The front desk immediately took care of everything. They tag and secure your bags in front of you, and then give you a ticket unique to you. The process was very efficient and affordable. We used bounce to store our bags for 10days and it was way cheaper than paying for luggages at each airport. We would definitelyuse them again.

Excellent service, easy to hire and then very quickly to leave the bags and pick them up (I chose the ibis hotel). I recommend its use.

We had difficulty finding the place, we thought it was an external location. After a while we understood that it is in the hotel lobby.
