Luggage storage Near CocoBongo

Luggage storage isn't very secure but no issues. Luggage is stored under a table with a blanket over it 😂 Good enough for me! Right of cocobongos, inside the mall, on the left.

Very friendly and helpful. Maybe add a few more details on the exact location like the floor level. People on vacation aren’t familiar with the area. But good experience overall.

It was a little store of souvenirs and it took us a minute to find it but when we did the shop owner was super nice and helped us store our luggage. It seems a little sketchy but we stored our luggage there all day and came back and it was perfectly fine. The lady and her son were super nice has well. If I’m in Cancun again I will definitely reuse them.

They were very kind to us upon arrival, and our luggage was stored in a safe place. The service is very easy to use and for collecting your belongings.

Central location, easy to reach, friendly staff. As a suggestion for the app, they should find locations closer to the airport, as many people require the service while waiting for connecting flights, for example, at Plata Delfines, which is very close to the airport.

Super convenient as it was located right by the hotel zone! I was able to check in early and it was an easy process

Easy to find, really nice people, great stuff in their shop too! The actual business is just to the left of the Hard Rock Cafe. As tourists it was very reassuring to know they are standing besides the luggage at all times! 10/10 recommend.

Communication was good with the shop. We queried where exactly it was as we couldn’t see find it easily originally, and the address on the confirmation was somewhere in the US.

Even better if luggage stored in dedicated space rather than in public store place and identity checked upon reclaiming luggage
