Good communication, safe place

Excellent service! We left our luggage with Diego, who looked after it until we returned to the airport. He also offered us airport transfers, which were a great experience and we arrived on time. Very good communication and reliable. Everything was excellent, I would definitely use his services again.

Everything was in good condition, the staff were friendly and quick to assist. The location next to the metro station makes everything very convenient.

Everything's fine, but the hard part is going up and down the stairs to store it. It would be better if it had direct access to the street or an elevator 🙏🏻

The location is great, situated in a very central area and close to the subway. All the luggage was identified and stored in a secure location. But it was the 24-hour availability that captivated us; we picked it up around midnight and everything went perfectly with our experience.
