It was excellent! They put a tag on your suitcase for identification and take a photo. When you return your suitcase, you can only retrieve it with your ID. I loved the experience because I felt safe. The receptionist was very attentive. The hostel is on the 4th floor, but there are only a short flight of stairs.

It was easy and safe to leave my luggage. The place is cozy and they have good coffee. I recommend it.

Good place to drop bags, would recommend.Was easy to collect bags in evening as cafe was not busy. During the morning, the guy seemed busy while dropping the bag. He also let a few other guys skip the queue and was busy serving coffee while we were waiting for which I reduced a star.

The location was excellent. Delivery was scheduled for 7:00 AM, but the place wasn't open (even though the internet said it would be). This made us very worried because we had scheduled an outing and were already running late. After insisting on knocking on the door, we managed to get them to open it. We left the suitcase and returned at the scheduled time to pick it up. Despite this, everything went well.

The best place I found to leave my luggage, the person who helped me was super helpful and polite, I felt very safe. I recommend it!

Easy to find, central, and safe. It was my first time leaving luggage through Airbnb, and I wasn't entirely sure about the place's legitimacy, so I booked it right there. It was great, actually. I recommend it; the people are very friendly too, and the climbing center itself is fantastic.

The location was perfect for us, the guy behind the counter was very helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving our 2 big rucksacks with him at the shop for a few hours. Highly likely to be a returning customer!

The staff were very friendly. While it's not a locker, they let you store your things in a space used only by staff, wherever you prefer, after notifying the next shift. No problems at all; my things are exactly as I left them.
