It was very easy to make the reservation. We arrived at the location and saw that it was a house. We rang the doorbell, but it was bad. We shouted a few times and Diego appeared and answered the door. He received the luggage right there at the gate; we didn't even go inside, we were a little suspicious. He gave us his WhatsApp number, and when we were on our way to pick it up, we messaged him, and when we arrived, he was already waiting for us at the gate with the luggage. Everything was fine, no problems at all. You can trust him.

Excellent location, very close to the metro, Costanera Center, and MUT. I was able to browse peacefully while waiting for my flight to the airport.

The service is good and safe; important information is that they are on the fourth floor without an elevator.

My friend and I were a little worried at first since we have never used Bounce before or been to Chile, but we ended up having an awesome experience with Panaderia Las Delicias. We arrived around 7am and picked up our bags are 2:30pm. We had some troubles with our uber, but the owners son waited outside with us while we waited to ensure our safety with all of our bags. Everything we dropped off was how we left it!

It was excellent! They put a tag on your suitcase for identification and take a photo. When you return your suitcase, you can only retrieve it with your ID. I loved the experience because I felt safe. The receptionist was very attentive. The hostel is on the 4th floor, but there are only a short flight of stairs.

It was easy and safe to leave my luggage. The place is cozy and they have good coffee. I recommend it.
