Excellent service, very friendly

The girl was nice.

The area was admittedly dodgy however, and this is a massive however (hence the 5 stars) they held our bags for almost four weeks which cost us around 250 aud (Australian dollars) very reasonable. When our connecting flight from Puerto Natales arrived in Santiago i asked the hosts to be ready for us to arrive however! Instead of the uber/taxi round trip to pick them up (costing 30-40 aud) they offered to drop the bags to the airport for us for 16 aud. They were at the airport within 30/40 minutes of our landing and communicated well tje whole way.

The people I met were friendly. I only speak English but we each used Google Translate so it wasn't an issue for such a simple transaction. The security is good with a controlled entrance. The location is close to the downtown area. It wasn't an issue for us but there are several flights of stairs to get to reception where you drop the bags.

The staff was really helpful, everything went smoothly. We left our backpacks there for 8 days.

Great service , very friendly ladies . Our bags were stored downstairs in the basement at the back of the store . We felt it was safe to leave them there . Very convenient to the parc next door .

they kept our baggage safe for the day. Nice people. Bounce was easy to use. Google maps did not take us to the correct location
