  • It was very easy to make the reservation. We arrived at the location and saw that it was a house. We rang the doorbell, but it was bad. We shouted a few times and Diego appeared and answered the door. He received the luggage right there at the gate; we didn't even go inside, we were a little suspicious. He gave us his WhatsApp number, and when we were on our way to pick it up, we messaged him, and when we arrived, he was already waiting for us at the gate with the luggage. Everything was fine, no problems at all. You can trust him.
