Everything was great. I left my suitcase there for two weeks and nothing was missing. The guys and girl were polite. It was a bit hard to find the first time, though. They're located in the middle of the cafe, under the stairs!

Great experience! Like many visitors to Santiago, my flight arrived early but I couldn’t check in to my hotel until mid afternoon. Bounce “gave” me half a day to explore, eat, and enjoy Santiago without lugging my bag around.

Was not well marked to find the location easily. Once we found it everything was great.
