  • The downtown location was ideal for us to enjoy hours of entertainment prior to our flight departing. And when our flight was delayed by an hour we received continual worry free support from the staff. Bags were marked carefully and a photo of the bags was also taken to ensure all our items were accounted for. This is an excellent service that I'm surprised isn't offered in every hotel across the continent. Thanks again for the great service.
