Incredibly warm and helpful staff at the Staybridge Suites. After dropping my luggage they let me stay in their lobby a while to relax and charge my phone. Wonderful experience!! The description saying “24/7 Hospital” is wildly misleading, especially since there’s a hospital next door. This location is a hotel called Staybridge Suites and their front desk is staffed 24 hours per day. After 9pm the front door to the hotel lobby is locked to non-guests but there is a phone where you can call and someone lets you in right away. Great experience! I am grateful for this luggage service.

It was easy to access the Staybridge storage since it's a hotel and bags are stored behind the reception area. Staff were extremely friendly and prompt. I chose this space over closer, more convenient options because those had bad reviews, but this one I can recommend.

It was so easy to leave our bags with Staybridge. We were part of the insane airline crisis (Stupid CrowdStrike)& ended up with a layover in Nashville. The people at the Staybridge were wonderful. Storing our bags with them was very easy. When we were exhausted and needed to sit a while, they welcomed us like it was their home. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and how well this Hotel was run. I wish I had the names of the people who were working that day, they were so wonderful.
