Discover Broadway luggage storage

Staff was helpful and very friendly

Great place! Fast and friendly service!

Drop off and storage was good. Friendly staff. Pick up was difficult - arrived at 11p had to ring bell several times and waited several minutes for a response. Retrieval was fine once some one answered the door. I was annoyed that I received a warning to pick up before Midnight when the app originally said the location was 24 hours. I was also annoyed about constant reminders to pick up my bag after I picked it up. Obviously the storage location did not close out their end of the transaction.

Easy. Friendly.

It was easy to get to and felt that our bags were safe while we walked around town.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. My QR code did not show up until later so that presented a challenge but we got it worked out.

the hotel staff at pick up was fantastic. convenient location. easy process

The location was extremely close to our Air BnB. Drop off went smoothly and was even able to book the hotel where we left the bags for the night when our flight home was canceled. Would highly recommend Bounce to friends.

Super friendly staff and seamless process.

Very friendly and helpful for both drop off and pick up! Will recommend this service to fellow travelers

Very smooth process! :)

Super easy and extremely convientent! Our luggage was tucked safely where the owner could see it all day and told us we could come back at any point if we needed anything. Will definitely use this place again!

First time I used Bounce and it was fantastic. Absurdly easy! And the staff was great. Totally recommend!

Excellent. Easy process and nice people. Many thanks. Highly recommended 5*

What a wonderful place to talk to nice, local residents that know the area and store your luggage. Really nice people that are great sources of information about what to do in Nashville. Thanks so much!

Amazing experience

I had an amazing experience storing my luggage here this past weekend! The service was extremely friendly from start to finish. The ladies working there were so sweet, welcoming, and helpful — drop-off was super quick and pick-up was just as smooth. I felt completely comfortable leaving my bags with them. Everything was safe, easy, and stress-free. I’ll definitely use this service again the next time I travel! Highly recommend.
