Loaded Bounce app, set up account (very easy) and schedule drop off of luggage until check in for my room. Because I had prepaid the drop off and pick up was so easy.

The drop took less than 2 minutes, and the pickup was extremely smooth and fast. No issues at all. Just showed the pin, and that's pretty much it. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and also there was no waiting time. All it took was literally two minutes. That's it. Amazing stuff. Thanks!
