  • Location was good, a couple of streets down from the national mall. Drop off was easy and pick up too. 4 stars because the price seems a little high (over $10 an hour) for luggage stuck in a corner, but I guess we’re paying for the convenience. It beats the alternative of having to keep our luggage with us as we toured the area.

  • We came straight from the airport, hungry and in need of coffee — and this place delivered on every front. The owner was one of those rare people who makes you feel immediately at ease: warm, funny, genuinely interesting. He didn’t just help with our giant suitcase — he insisted on carrying it down to the storage area himself. The coffee and food were both excellent, which we hadn’t really expected. After a full day of exploring DC we came back for our bags and ended up staying for lunch. Also delicious, and the staff were friendly throughout. This is exactly the kind of place that makes traveling feel like less of an ordeal. We’ll be back next time we’re in DC.
