Discover Washington D.C. luggage storage

I was somewhat concerned that the area where the bags were placed was open to the store with no door. Fortunately, everything went well with the storage of our bags.

Location was good for my situation; drop off was easy; person helping me was friendly and helpful; I felt like my bags were secure and safe.

Drop off and pickup were easy! I did feel like the bags were likely secure but I didn't love that I could see the bags from the street through a large window. I would think having them locked up in a room would be more secure. But, my stuff was all fine and the location is great, very accessible to Chinatown metro and an easy walk to the National Mall

Very nice man that owns or works there! Easy check in and easy check out. Great location if you want to check out U-street or DuPont Circle def recommend.

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. It’s in a small store selling newspapers and the luggage was in the back of the store in a public area. I expected it to be in a more secure area.

Everything from booking to dropping off to picking up was seamless. It was so convenient when I wanting to go to the Smithsonian before the airport. Will definitely use again!

The people in the shop were fun and we were joking around with me. It was an easy pick up and drop off as well. All great.

Location nearly perfect -- closer to Union Station would be even better. Staff were very nice. Bags were moved during the day which took an extra few minutes, but were found eventually.

Great bounce host! For us it was a 20-ish minute walk from Union Station. Welcoming staff, put luggage safely in separate room from members (in a shared facility). Picked up with no problems, also ran into another family picking up their luggage too, so well used as too!
