This is for the location at Cleaners of Cleaners on E Street SW not the Union Station location. Easy location near Federal Center SW Metro and not far from Museum of the American Indian and the Air and Space Museum on the mall.

Good location for us to drop our bags. My Airbnb was not available for 5 hours after we landed so a spot to store our extra baggage for a few hours was very helpful. It felt like a leap of faith at first, but afterwards it was a big relief as the service worked out as we hoped it would. Thanks!

Yotel was easy to find, only a 10 minute walk from union station and our bags were kept safely for the day, allowing us to explore the city without big suitcases in tow.

Of course they deal with customers everyday…they are a restaurant. Your plea asking me to write a review was weak, but Bounce was great. The restaurant seemed pleased to see my bad made of dollar signs and less excited to engage with the body attached to said bag. I will use Bounce again and hope that I too can bring value to our transaction, next time.
