Great location for the Cap Center. Super easy.

The hotel associate scanned my QR code to check out my bags around 5:30 p.m. Eastern time yesterday. However, Bounce did not get the confirmation and still thought they had my bags today. Please don't charge me for more than one day of service

Easy drop off & pickup…interesting that the facility is a little family owned dry cleaners. About a 20 walk to missions. Nice owners and we felt our 4 bags were taken well care of. Would recommend this storage if you need to drop bags off so you can visit museums before your flight!

Easy drop-off and pick-up, very helpfull and friendly hotel staff.

Excellent if your trip is short, you get off at the station, walk a little to the hotel, and do the route starting at the Capitol. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Great easy to use and convenient service. Location was awesome being only 15 min to the airport made it easy to explore the Wharf district bag free. Staff was friendly and prompt too.

Friendly staff and very close to Gallery Place/Chintown metro stop. Was easy to drop off my bags and walk up to Smithsonians for the day.

I wish the location was a bit closer to Union Station, but it's certainly doable to walk from there. The people working the location (Yotel) were lovely, very polite and helpful. Restrooms also available without a hotel key which was nice.

A great find—so near the Museum of the Bible & Smithsonian Air & Space Museum! And the lady in the cleaners was very accommodating, nicely flexible about time.

Had an early checkout but a late flight and wanted to visit Museum of AA History & Culture. Was the easiest process, quick drop off and pick up and employee knew exactly what to do. 10/10 would/will do again

A nice service as I had my flight cancelled the next day I did not have where to store the luggage till the flight comes up. Roaming around city without luggage it's so much better experience.

Arrived in DC early. Needed a place to store 2 large suitcases. Reserved on the app, easy! Drop off took less than a minute. Went and had lunch and shopped, walked back a short distance and picked up bags in less than a minute! Stores for 3 hours! I would recommend!
