Location nearly perfect -- closer to Union Station would be even better. Staff were very nice. Bags were moved during the day which took an extra few minutes, but were found eventually.

After checking out of the hotel we had nowhere to put our luggage. They stored it safely here until we left for the airport. They were very friendly. Everything went very quickly and without any problems. There is also a direct metro line to the airport.
