When setting up reservations it should be in large print that ANY SIZE bag has to be on the reservation to keep it with them. I had to do 2 different reservations

Very convenient location and fast drop off. However my friend and I paid in advance and let the staff know we would be picking up at separate times. The later pickup took longer and was overall more difficult because the staff was confused by the second pickup. I am surprised because this can't be the first time a group requests different pickup times, but we know in the future to pay separately to avoid confusion.

Very good, I didn't expect there would be such service and software, which greatly facilitated our last day's travel in Washington.

Its a good place and safe to leave your luggage. The receptionist very kind.

Well located, clean, helpful people, efficient
