This place was easy to get to and convenient for our White House tour. The folks there were extra friendly, as well.

It’s in a barber shop and not kept in a locker. Still kept my bag safe and was easy to drop off and collect.

Such a wonderful place! My partner and I were staying in D.C. and needed somewhere to store our luggage while we were exploring. We found this place on Google! Booking was super easy and reasonably priced, staff was friendly, and dropoff/pickup went smoothly. Also a gorgeous barbershop location, will definitely return if we ever visit again!

Completely impressed with this service. First time using Bounce when taking a White House tour. Dropped our bags, the guy at the counter was super nice and friendly, and we never felt nervous about leaving our things there. A+++ for this location!

The experience at the store was great. It is conveniently located near the White House, so if you need to drop off your bags before going on the tour it is ideal. So I liked the store and the staff they were friendly, however my experience with the Bounce app was horrific. I tried it on two different phones, both of which are flagship phones not cheap ones, and the app would just freeze. I wasn't even being able to view my order to check in, even though I place my order initially on the Bounce website and had already paid. It was very annoying and thankfully the store owner was able to get things worked out even though the app was not working.

Absolutely amazing staff and I felt like my belonging were safe and sound. I plan to use the Reiters Books location again!
