The staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member went above and beyond and let me use a small towel after getting soaked in the rain and let me charge my phone (which was on 1%) while I waited for the rain to slow down for a few minutes. I am so glad I went to this location and it was extremely convenient as I was sightseeing around the national mall area.
