The staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member went above and beyond and let me use a small towel after getting soaked in the rain and let me charge my phone (which was on 1%) while I waited for the rain to slow down for a few minutes. I am so glad I went to this location and it was extremely convenient as I was sightseeing around the national mall area.

First time users. Is convinced location just 3min walk to metro ( dulles ariport line). I got late fly and I didn't want back to my hotel to collect my suitcase and dont want walk around with it. Storage was convinced and tha male receptionist was very nice and go very fast.
