Easy. Felt safe. Located in a little market shop with reasonable prices, so you can grab a bottle of water or - in our case - a poncho because it was pouring rain. Very close to walk from the Foggy Bottom metro, and to the Lincoln Memorial. Good service. Recommend this location.

It’s in the Market at the Columbia Plaza. Go thru from 23rd instead of following Google Maps who makes you go through the parking lot in the back. QR code to book online, easy and friendly. We did that during our 4h layover. Took a Lime rental and visited the district without having to carry our stuff.

Previous customers have said that this place is a bit hard to find, and I was also confused, so I will describe more precisely how to get there. It is a convenience store called the Market at Columbia Plaza Apartments. If you find the entrance to Columbia Plaza Apartments on 23rd St., the Market is one of the businesses arrayed around the central plaza. It is right next to Casey's Coffee, whose address is 508 23rd St. NW. Hope that helps! The folks at The Market were very helpful and friendly and I recommend this as a luggage-storage place. It's about 3 blocks from the Foggy Bottom-GWU metro stop.

Great and easy, we did have to wait until the store opened to be able to check in our bags but it was super simple. We just showed our confirmation and gave them the bags and when we picked them up we gave the tags that they gave us. Would highly recommend if someone is wondering what to do with luggage

Fast, simple, and reliable. It's not a safe, it's a supermarket item that we hand over to management; they put it in their office and give you a ticket. On your return, you hand over the ticket and pick it up. Very simple and easy. I recommend it.
