Great experience. Dropped my backpacking pack off on a Monday and picked it back up the next Wednesday. In and out in minutes, nothing tampered with, looks like the bag wasn't even moved at all while I was gone. Very thankful for this option and would recommend to anyone who needs a place to store a bag for whatever reason.

Very helpful and nice staff. The process was simple and easy - close to Reno Airport so I could drop my luggage and easily make the ESTA bus down to Yosemite and the John Muir Trail.
