  • Drop off was hectic with no clear sign of who was working the shop. Clerk couldn't find the BOUNCE bag tags and used some for a different storage company instead. Didn't feel very secure, but we only used for a short time.

  • Booked the evening before and process was easy. Left 3 bags for the day. Location is great for catching the alibus at the port which is better than the train station. Amazing, clean hotel, bags are stored in the lobby where staff watch them. Staff allowed us to repack the bags to add purchases made during the day and offered toilets and a drink of water. Checking in and out of the bags was very quick.
