This is my first time using a temporary luggage storage service, and I really enjoyed the service at Piccolo Bazar. The staff were incredibly kind and reliable. The service was attentive. When we dropped off our bags, they offered us two bottles of water, which we especially appreciated given the heat. When we picked them up, they left us a gift. Highly recommended 💯

It saved me...we had an early tour and the bnb I had booked gave me the ok to leave my suitcase early in the morning upon my arrival but unfortunately no one opened the door for us...and immediately booked at this pharmacy in 2 minutes the problem was solved

The staff were very friendly and everything went smoothly. Dropping off and picking up our luggage only took a few minutes. All our luggage was there and nothing was missing.

App was easy to use, hotel was straightforward to find. Once there the guy was very friendly and we were on our way. Bounce app emailed me to remind me when allocated time was coming to an end and to ask if I wanted to extend the time. Collection was same as drop off friendly and with no fuss. Will definitely be using the app / service again.

Super convenient and fast service! We dropped off our bags this morning as soon as we left the B&B and found the spot without any difficulty. Dropping them off was a breeze: in about three minutes we had dropped everything off and were ready to enjoy our day in Naples. Upon our return, picking them up was also quick and easy: in less than two minutes we had our bags back. Special thanks to Emanuele, an incredibly kind guy, truly talented, helpful, and extremely courteous. Excellent, convenient, and stress-free experience. Highly recommended!

Our luggage was stored in a back room that others had access to. That made me a bit nervous. The staff was friendly and assured us that everything was safe and cameras were all over. The drop-off and pickup were very easy— It’s located in a souvenir shop. This was my first time using bounce. I think I’ll look for more of a locker in the future.

Checking in your luggage is super easy and quick. There are a few strange people around the place, but it's super safe, right in front of central Naples. You might find it strange that there aren't individual lockers for each customer, but I didn't have any problems related to that, you can go without worry.
