Luggage storage Centro – Napoli Centrale

The process for booking, amending a booking, and check-in/out was very smooth and great for allowing us to travel without being overloaded by bags. The experience by the staff was great, especially for the price and proximity to the train station. The location itself was secure, but the area around it was really not great. I would be careful getting to the location on the trips with heavy luggage, I would suggest taking an Uber if you can because it goes directly to the door (taxis will overcharge you, Uber allows you to pay ahead via app and is safer and more reliable for transport). The location had a locked area for bags, but bigger items were stored outside of that. It still felt safe though, and the staff was helpful. There is also wifi present if you need a quick connect to the internet. Overall, this was a good experience with pleasant staff and safe bags- just be careful in the surrounding areas.

Quick and easy check-in and check out process. Don’t be discouraged by the location, it is a great place. Very close to Napoli Centrale train station which is great! staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was very convenient: Via Toledo 129, very close to the metro. The store staff was very friendly and everything was easy. The usual Bounce price, with a small discount from the previous visit.

Such a great idea we dropped our bags on the way to Sorrento. It was very easy and close to the train station. Definitely are using they again on next trip.

Great experience using Bounce. It felt a bit unusual leaving our luggage in a pharmacy at first, but everything was safe and secure while we explored Naples. The app is very easy to use, and the whole check-in process was quick and straightforward. I’ll definitely use it again in the future.
