The area was very sketchy and felt unsafe. But the staff was friendly. We lost some of our luggage locks and could not lock our bags. We were concerned, but nothing was missing when we picked up our bags. Thank you to the staff for keeping our things safe.

I started using the service again. There are always staff on hand, making pickup quick, which is convenient for those who have scheduled train journeys at the station next door.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took great care in tagging and securing my bags without safety lock in a proper, monitored storage area. ​When I came back for pickup, it took less than two minutes to get my bags back. Exceptional customer service and a total game-changer for travelers. I will absolutely use them again.

The location is very easy to find, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The staff is waiting for you, scans the QR code, takes photos of your luggage, and that's it. The same process applies on the return trip; luggage retrieval takes only 30 seconds. Super convenient.
