Very nice people, super fast as well. Close to the stazione centrale. But maybe skip this part of town in the evenings. Quite sketchy. Nothing bad about the dropoff place, just a note for the area around the station in general

Good service, close to the metro Park in via Lucci, so also convenient for leaving your luggage as soon as you arrive in Naples. I don't give it a top rating because the staff didn't have many words and didn't explain how it worked and where they would put our luggage, but anyway everything went well and it's a reliable service. If I return to Naples I will definitely use it again!

The Bounce location wasn’t hard to find, but it was a bit confusing at first because there’s also a Chicken Hut on the other side of the avenue in the same area. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but I had no issues at all with my luggage. They took a photo of my bags with a code, and when I came back at the end of the day and showed my code, they immediately knew which items were mine. That system felt safe and well organized. The staff were also nice and helpful

Friendly staff waited at the entrance. They had a specially prepared room. Service was quick; after showing the QR code, a photo was taken, and I received confirmation in the app at the same time. I recommend it.

It worked! After scanning the QR code, the staff took a photo of the suitcases, and I received a confirmation in the app. The suitcases were kept in a warm place the entire time, so they managed to dry out a bit. It's ready to use :)

There is dedicated service, it is very close to the central station, luggage is locked in a secure room, and both storage and retrieval are quick. It is worth recommending.

So easy to book online. Clear details and plenty of choice of where to store your luggage so you can collect near where you need to be. Perfect for us just a few minutes from Naples Central train station and the airport bus pick up point. Location was great and the people friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend to anybody.

Have now used Bounce twice for short term luggage storage, once in Sorento now in Naples. Will be happy to use again. Looks like there are a lot of drop points - there were 3 within 100 meters of this one. In Sorento our luggage was in a locked room. This one in Naples was left at the back of a Cafe.

Everything was fine, the gentlemen were very attentive! Also, if you arrive early, you can have breakfast here.
