About five minutes from the station on foot. Staffed desk all day. Simple and efficient.

App was easy to use, hotel was straightforward to find. Once there the guy was very friendly and we were on our way. Bounce app emailed me to remind me when allocated time was coming to an end and to ask if I wanted to extend the time. Collection was same as drop off friendly and with no fuss. Will definitely be using the app / service again.

Great, easy way to store bags for the day

Very good location and guys were very helpful in squeezing our bags into a large locker, but the cost seemed high, about 21 Euro, for 1 locker for about 4.5 hours.

Super easy and convenient at Napoli Centrale. There was an attendant outside that saw us walking with our bags and looking a bit confused. He led us to the check in pint and processed our bag intake. The app is very easy to use and can lead you right to the baggage storage shop.

The drop-off and pick-up process was very simple. It's an easy-to-find location and extremely easy to get to. Close to the subway.

I’ve paid online before, get there, let my luggage and everything find. Very practical near the central train station because a lot of excursions are starting in this area.

Drop off was super simple and bag was safely returned when we picked it up at the end of the day. Location was an easy distance from Napoli Centrale / Piazza Garibaldi. Pick-up was a little slow only because another customer was getting a repair done (shop does many things!) so there was a bit of a wait, but the actual pick-up was simple. This was a day where simple was really appreciated!
