Our bagage were taken, stored, and given back to us in the condition we handed them over and in a reasonable time frame. We were allowed to both access the bags and take back only part of the stored items

Getting our bags checked in was not too bad. But getting them checked out was not great. We were pretty well ignored until my husband just went to a persons desk and asked them directly if they could help us get our bags. One of the other clerks tried to stop him and was frowning at us. But the person he asked said that they could do it and then we got our bags and could leave. We were not made to feel welcome at all. Very poor customer service.
