Service was great. Friendly guy was there to greet me and all went smoothly. I only needed my bag leaving for a couple of hours but he told me I could leave it longer if I needed to. Would recommend and use again.

I wish I got his name but the man who took my luggage was very kind. He recognized me right away when I picked my luggage up and new exactly which were mine. I came very close to the time of pick up but I had to use the rest room so the guy was very kind and told me not a problem that I can go find one and come back shortly even though it was a little over the time of pickup I had scheduled. Bags were safe. Quick and easy process. RIGHT next to bus station which was very convenient and easy! And up the block from the water walk, old town, restaurants, cafes anything for you to kill some time 🙃

The location was just 5 minutes walk from our apartment. It was so convenient. The man was very nice and helpful. It was our daughter’s 18th birthday and there was leftover cake and he helped store the cake in the fridge! We will definitely use Bounce all the time in the future!!

Location was very close to the train station. Bags were out away upstairs and in view of CCTV. Staff was present. Staff helped us move the bags. Great!

Easy drop off process. I asked where my bags will be stored and he took them to a space that was not easily accessible to customers. This gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this place 👌🏿 🙌🏿 👏🏿
