The location was just 5 minutes walk from our apartment. It was so convenient. The man was very nice and helpful. It was our daughter’s 18th birthday and there was leftover cake and he helped store the cake in the fridge! We will definitely use Bounce all the time in the future!!

Location was very close to the train station. Bags were out away upstairs and in view of CCTV. Staff was present. Staff helped us move the bags. Great!

Easy drop off process. I asked where my bags will be stored and he took them to a space that was not easily accessible to customers. This gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this place 👌🏿 🙌🏿 👏🏿

Location was convenient and the folks at the desk were super helpful. Our luggage was returned just as we left it. I was a little concerned however, that when we returned there were two people, perhaps hotel guest in the luggage applying sunscreen to themselves. I am surprised that the hotel staff allowed them in the room with the stored luggage at all. Perhaps it’s me, but it seemed strange and inappropriate.

It was quick, simple and efficient; the people were very friendly.

It was an easy experience, but it is expensive as you are charged per bag you keep, based on the size of your luggage (purse/backpack/duffle/suitcase), the app does not easily allow you to choose hours you want to keep it for, so be careful during the booking process online.

This is a great service! The owner was very kind and placed the luggage in the back room. It was a bakery so you can pick up a pastry before you start the adventure.

After booking online half an hour before drop off, we found the drop off and pick up process very quick and efficient, requiring just the scanning of our QR code to verify our baggage.
