Picked up my bag. Received an email saying my bag hasn’t been collected almost an hour later. Had to download the app for the link to work.

what i didnt understand from the map is it's actually inside the convenience store. easy to drop off and pickup.

Easy to find, pleasant staff, bag locked securely in a room. Tag your own bag as no specific name tags added. Suggest using a tracker on your bag too.

Very easy though the convenience store should put a sign saying Bounce luggage accepted here

Great, very easy to do and saved us lugging our luggage around Canberra!

The pls rage is inside the “SUPA” store. , just ask the person at the checkout, they will explain to you how to reserve your place online via the Bounce website or the application and they will store your bags at the back of the store. Very good experience and very friendly staff, I recommend

I am glad to find a place to leave my luggage for half a day. I went to “smart storage” first but they did not provide a service anymore. This place saved my day. It costed 8.8 AUD to put my suitcase for half a day.

The staff was friendly and helful when i drop off and pickup the luggage. The location is very central easy to find.
