I used the luggage storage app Bounce. The staff there did not share the app, so I had to contact the boss. I waited about 10 minutes when I left my luggage and when I picked it up, but they were able to store it for me. It was a supermarket, so I was able to buy water and other things. The staff were very kind and it was very helpful. I would like to use it again when I go to Reims.

The staff was really friendly and I was able to leave my luggage quickly and easily.

Very convenient and easy. The line at the store was quite long but noticing that we were there for our luggage pick-up, we were brought to the front of the line which helped us keep our schedule.

Worked well, but was a little unclear when we found the agent that we had the correct shop, there were other people we saw also confused. A bigger sign in the window would be helpful.

Try to be faster, especially when there is a queue in front of the store and people may be late for their train.

Very good experience. Pleasant welcome and nice store (if you ever have holiday photos to develop, it's a good way to kill two birds with one stone!). Perhaps allow a small margin anyway because there can of course be customers arriving at the same time (but for my part, less than 10 minutes of waiting so it remains very reasonable).
